Service Description

This weekly self-defense workshop focuses on confidence building, situational awareness, and practical ways of staying safe in an uncertain world. The workshop is open to teens and adults of all abilities and will consist of a discussion and a practical hands-on component that covers topics such as topics such as home safety, emergency situations, stranger danger, anti-bullying, confidence, voice awareness, and personal space. No experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome. Come dressed comfortably so you can move easily and be prepared to use your voice and take up space!
