Whether you are just beginning your movement journey, or are a seasoned athlete - this class will help you take your body-knowledge and overall strength abilities to the next level. We combine Pilates, cathlesentics, and sport-specific training drills to help you improve your alignment, gain core control, practice dynamic balancing skills, and develop the upper and lower body strength needed to pull-up, climb, invert, and approach new movement challenges with confidence. Cancellation Policy
For any daily classes, cancellations must occur 12hrs in advance. Late cancels will still be charged for the session, otherwise you can request a refund* or reschedule the session. *Refunds will only be issued towards regular classes, not Intro Courses. Contact us at 909-742-9453.
